Roman Kan

Roman Kan joined the Bar in 2018 and has a particular focus on criminal defence.  He has appeared as Counsel for criminal and traffic matters in all Western Australian courts with a criminal jurisdiction.

Before joining the Bar, Roman was a solicitor in a law firm, and he practised in the areas of criminal defence, native title, and commercial law.  He has experience in representing and conducting negotiations on behalf of native title claim groups.
