Felicity Cain

Felicity was born and raised in Melbourne and studied at ANU in Canberra from 1986 to 1994 completing an Arts Degree (Hons) and then a law degree (Hons). Felicity commenced her articles with the Aboriginal Legal Service (WA) in Perth working in the area of native title. In 2001 she completed a Master of Law (Coursework) at UWA. Between 1998 and 2002 she worked interstate and in the UK working in criminal law (defence) and family law before returning to Perth. In 2002 she commenced work at a prosecutor at the DPP (WA). In 2015 she moved into private practice working solely in criminal law, the vast majority of her work with legally aided clients. Her work was in regional Courts and Perth Courts for criminal matters regularly appearing in the Magistrates, Children's, District and Supreme Court.

In April 2026 she joined Albert Wolff Chambers.
